With the New Year approaching in just a few hours, most people are inclined to have a “New Year’s Resolution” while others opt for a whole list of changes they would like to make in the New Year.
I’m all for bringing in the New Year with a positive outlook and changes to create a better YOU. What we all have to remember is the motivation to change these things is within ourselves. If you fall off in 2 weeks, pick yourself back up and keep going. Don’t give up and say “I’ll start on Monday” – we all know how that turns out.
Regardless of how big or small your resolution is:
GO FOR IT. STICK WITH IT. WORK HARD. YOU CAN DO IT.
